- A 3 de cada 4 personas con discapacidad les resulta difícil o muy difícil acceder al transporte público1.

- En los hogares donde vive una persona con discapacidad todavía hay barreras de acceso en el edificio para 1 de cada 2 personas. Esto ha hecho que hasta 305 mil personas hayan tenido que cambiar de domicilio.

Barreras en las actividades de ocio y culturales

Las personas con discapacidad se encuentran barreras en el ámbito del ocio y la cultura con más frecuencia que el resto, el 91% afirma experimentarlas frente el 70% de las personas sin discapacidad. Las barreras más habituales son por motivos económicos, falta de tiempo y/o conocimiento y barreras físicas. En relación al género, las mujeres con discapacidad afirman encontrar barreras más a menudo -a pesar de que la diferencia por sexo no es significativa-, el 93% de las mujeres y el 88% de los hombres.
